Follow Vision to keep up to date with how we are always making an impact.

Our Greenford Quay site is taking shape.

After only 12 months on site, we started the phased handover of 354 homes. This will be the third building built by Tide and Vision with a total of 1,405 homes delivered for developers Greystar and Ivanhoé Cambridge on the 27-acre site in Ealing.

College Road is a historic milestone for Croydon, for volumetric construction and for the way that we live in cities.

Tide and Vision have beaten their own record, taking volumetric construction to new heights and delivering nearly 1,000 homes in just over two years.

The first volumetric units have been installed at our residential scheme in Walthamstow for Long Harbour Ltd.

With an expected installation time of circa 30 weeks, Vision will manufacture 1,320 fully fitted units to complete the 495 homes that will form the BTR scheme.
