This gateway development for Lewisham includes 758 student rooms and 67 affordable homes, all built on an under-used wedge of land between two major roads and a rail line. The two towers have transformed the area, bringing a vibrant, mixed community into the heart of the town.
Currently the world’s tallest volumetric student residence, Lewisham Exchange needed a complex structural design to accommodate the proposed Underground tunnels beneath the site. This involved incorporating vibration isolation pads within each of the volumetric units.
