We originally delivered a 930m² marketing suite, and due to the Vision Volumetric system’s flexibility, returned four years later to add a second floor, redesigning the space as four luxury apartments.
It was critical the works caused minimal disruption, allowing the marketing suite to remain in operation throughout. The speed, efficiency and minimised site work of volumetric construction enabled this and were key factors in the success of the project.
